		<description>Just wanted to add an option, as i&#039;ve been trying to demux an mpeg-1 file for about an hour now.  thanks for this tip, but i don&#039;t see the &#039;demux&#039; button in ffmpegx.  i found it easier to simply record the audio stream from the muxed file with Audio Hijack (free download), then convert the mpeg-1 video to .mov (without sound of course), then using QT Pro, re-introduce the sound stream you hijacked, save as .mov, then convert to .flv.
BOOM.  can&#039;t believe this was so hard.  and can&#039;t really understand why so many people/companies/hardware use muxed files.</description>
